Insert the cutter into the peel and rotate the fruit, so that a cut is made around the circumference.

At first, do not insert curved metal part too deep between the peel and flesh of the fruit then gradually draw it around the fruit until the peel is separated.

Repeat on other half

A slight twist-and-pull action will separate the peel from the fruit completely, without the usual sticky mess!
